Owning a café has always been a dream of mine, not only because of my love for cooking, but also because of my passion for creating a welcoming space where people can enjoy good food and drinks. One of my primary motivations for becoming a café owner is the opportunity to provide my community with fresh, delicious, and unique food and beverage options. I believe food has the power to bring people together, and I want my shop to be a place where guests feel comfortable, connected, and at home. Running a food shop also gives me the opportunity to express my creativity in various ways, from developing an exciting menu to building a brand and creating an inviting atmosphere. I look forward to curating a space that reflects my passion for food and the cultural influences that inspire me. I hope to serve Asian-inspired cuisine that highlights drinks and dishes many people may not be familiar with, giving customers a chance to explore new flavors. The challenge of managing a business also excites me. I am eager to learn about customer preferences, effective business strategies, and innovative ways to stand out in a competitive industry.
